Wines
Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes. These grapes are generally Vitis vinifera, or a hybrid with Vitis labrusca or Vitis rupestris. Grapes are fermented without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes, water, or other nutrients.
